New to Lashville & Co.? We've got you. Here are answers to some of our most common questions so you can arrive relaxed, prepared, and ready to be pampered.

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. Click any "Book Now" button on our website and it'll take you directly to our Vagaro page. We recommend booking in advance, especially for evening, weekend, and full-set appointments. Same-day availability may occasionally be available.

What if I don't know which service to book?
No worries! Reach out to us and we'll help you choose. Your artist will also consult with you at the beginning of your appointment to discuss your goals and make sure the service is right for you.

Do you require a card on file?
Yes. A valid card may be required to reserve your appointment and may be charged according to our cancellation and no-show policy.

Can I bring someone with me?
Because of limited space and the relaxing nature of our services, we ask that you come to your appointment alone whenever possible. Please do not bring unattended children to appointments.

How should I prepare for my lash appointment?
Come with clean lashes and avoid mascara, eyeliner, strip-lash adhesive, oil, or heavy eye makeup.

The cleaner your lashes are when you arrive, the more time we have to make them beautiful.

Can I bring lash inspiration pictures?
PLEASE DO! We love a good inspo pic.Â
We'll use your photo as inspiration and customize the design based on your eye shape, natural lashes, and desired look.

How often should I get a lash fill?
Most guests return every 2-3 weeks. To qualify as a fill, you should generally have approximately 40% or more of your extensions remaining.

If too few extensions remain to complete the service properly within your scheduled appointment time, a full set may be necessary.

Do you accept foreign fills?
Yes, when possible.

Your artist will evaluate your existing extensions. If they are properly applied and compatible with our work, we may be able to fill them.

If there is excessive adhesive, poor isolation, significant outgrowth, damage, or another concern, we may recommend a removal and fresh full set.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Properly applied extensions should not damage healthy natural lashes.

We choose extension lengths and weights appropriate for your individual lashes and will not intentionally compromise lash health simply to create a heavier look.

Can I get my lashes wet?
YES! Clean lashes are happy lashes.

Regular cleansing is important for lash and eye-area hygiene and can also help with retention. Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your artist.

Do you offer lash and brow tinting?
Yes! Tinting can enhance naturally lighter lashes or brows and create a darker, more defined appearance without daily makeup.

Do you offer waxing?
