Lash & Brow Care
Beautiful results don't stop when you leave the studio. A little TLC at home goes a long way.
Lash Extension Aftercare
- Keep your lashes completely dry for the first 24 hours post-treatment.
- Avoid excessive steam from saunas or hot showers for 48 hours.
- Clean your extensions regularly using a lash-safe cleanser.
- Rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry.
- Once dry, gently brush through your extensions with a clean spoolie.
- Avoid pulling, rubbing, or picking your extensions.
- Avoid mascara directly on your extensions.
- Avoid oil-based cleansers or makeup removers around the eye area.
- Never attempt to pull or peel extensions off yourself.
- Maintain regular fills approximately every 2-3 weeks.

Your natural lashes continuously grow and shed, so losing some extensions between appointments is completely normal.

Unusual Shedding
If you experience significant or unusual lash loss following your appointment, please contact us within 72 hours and include photos when possible.Â

We'll evaluate what's happening and, when appropriate, have you come into the studio.

If we determine that the issue is related to application, we'll work with you to correct it.Â

Normal shedding, aftercare-related retention issues, picking, product exposure, or concerns reported outside the 72-hour window may require a regularly priced fill or touch-up.

Lash & Brow Tint Aftercare
To help your tint:

- Avoid aggressive scrubbing or exfoliation around the area.
- Be mindful of oils, exfoliating acids, retinoids, and other products that may cause the tint to fade more quickly.
- Follow any additional aftercare instructions provided by your artist.

Tint longevity varies from person to person based on skin type, skincare routine, lifestyle, and natural hair growth.

Waxing Info & Aftercare
Smooth skin starts with a safe service. Please review this informationÂ
Before Your Appointment
Hair must be long enough for wax to grip properly. If the area has recently been shaved, allowing approximately 2-3 weeks of growth may provide a better result, depending on the area and your individual hair growth.

Avoid aggressive exfoliation immediately before your appointment.

Most importantly, tell your provider about your skincare and medications.
This is especially important for facial waxing.

Retinol, Tretinoin & Active Skincare
Please tell your provider if you currently use or have recently ussed products including:

- Retinol
- Tretinoin/Retin-A
- Adapalene
- Prescription acne treatments
- Exfoliating acids or peels
- Other products or treatments that increase skin sensitivity.

These products can make skin more susceptible to irritation or lifting during waxing.

Depending on what you're using and when you last used it, your provider may recommend postponing waxing or choosing an alternative method.
Isotretinoin/Accutane
Please notify us before scheduling if you currently take or have recently taken isotretinoin.Â

Because isotretinoin can significantly affect the skin, waxing may not be appropriate. Your provider may recommend postponing the service, using an alternative method, or obtaining medical guidance before waxing.

Special Events
If you have never had an area waxed before, we don't recommend scheduling your first wax immediately before a wedding, photoshoot, vacation, or major event.

Give your skin a little time to show us how dramatic she plans on being first!
